Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

The role of an Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a vital part in the AR & Credit process. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks between sales teams and customer service to ensure efficient financial operations.

This position requires strong organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively, supporting the sales cycle and contributing to the organization's success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cash application including manual or enhanced Autobank rules


• Billing errors resolution


• Credit queries with customers


• Proactively handle collections within defined policies and procedures


• Maintain proper collection measures/metrics: (AR aging reports) ,
