About the Role


We are hiring a high-performing Business Advisor / Relationship Manager to drive strategic client engagement, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion. The ideal candidate must come with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, building strong business relationships, and closing B2B/BFSI solutions across lending, supply chain finance, vendor financing, or digital financing platforms.


This role requires a top performer with a documented record of incentives, ratings, and recognitions.

Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development & Client Acquisition




  • Identify, target, and onboard high-value clients across enterprise, mid-market, and SME segments.




  • Prospect and generate leads using market intelligence, network referrals, and industry insights.




  • Conduct product pitches, demos, and consultative selling discussions with CXO-level stakeholders.




2. Relationship Management




  • Build and manage long-term strategic client relationships ensuring high engagement and retention.




  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to clients—understanding their cashflow cycles, financing gaps, and solution fitment.




  • Drive repeat business, upsell/cross-sell financial products, and optimize transaction volumes.




3. Revenue & Target Achievement




  • Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets.




  • Track pipeline, conversions, win rates, and productivity metrics.




  • Maintain discipline in reporting, forecasting, and sales hygiene through CRM and MIS platforms.




4. Market Intelligence & Sector Insights




  • Collect market feedback, competitor benchmarking, and feature requests to support product roadmap.




  • Stay updated on supply chain finance trends, invoice discounting platforms, and fintech regulatory changes.




5. Coordination & Functional Collaboration




  • Collaborate with internal teams including credit, onboarding, operations, and compliance for seamless client delivery.




  • Ensure documentation, KYC, onboarding, operational settlements, and escalations are managed with accuracy and timelines.
