Job Description

• Greet customers warmly and take orders through the POS system.
• Accurately handle cash, card, or digital payments.

• Issue receipts and reconcile daily transactions.

• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front counter.

• Upsell menu items and answer questions about the food offerings.

• Support communication flow between the kitchen and service counters.

• Handle online orders (Toters etc.): receive, confirm, and dispatch orders promptly and accurately.

• Coordinate with the line to ensure timely preparation of online orders.

• Ensure packaging is complete, correct, and meets brand presentation standards.

• Report any cash discrepancies, system issues, or online platform problems to the Supervisor.

• Assist in restocking front-of-house supplies and materials.

EDUCATION:

High School Degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1 year in a cashier, customer service, or front-of-house role is preferred.

Friendly and welcoming / Detail-oriented / Honest and trustworthy / Calm under pressure / Able to multitask in busy periods

OTHER SKILLS (LANGUAGE, COMPUTER…):

• Arabic (fluent), basic English is a plus

• Basic Omega system knowledge

• Good communication and customer service skills
