Job Description

The Cash Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cashiering and cash administration operations. The role ensures accurate receipting, proper fund handling, timely bank deposits, complete reporting, and compliance with company policies while leading the cashier team.



Key Responsibilities

-Supervise daily activities of cashier and cash administration staff

-Ensure accurate receipting and posting of all customer payments (cash, checks, cards, bank transfers)

-Validate payment documents, receipts, and end-of-day (EOD) reports

-Ensure timely and intact bank deposits of collections

-Monitor unreceipted, unidentified, and returned collections



Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course

-With 2 years of experience in cashiering, cash handling, or treasury operations

-Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage
