JOB DESCRIPTION Fanatics Betting & Gaming is growing, and we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to play a foundational role in growing and operating Fanatics Casino. This person will be a key driver of our go-to-market strategy, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch business operations.

The ideal candidate is a structured problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments. They bring strong analytical skills, comfort with ambiguity, and an ownership mindset. This person will help build the roadmap to launch the product, then help run and optimize the business once live. They can shift seamlessly between deep analytical work, project management, and day to day operational decision making.
