Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide technical support to distributors and internal teams across the region.

  1. Provide technical assistance via phone, email or on-site visits for distributors and internal customers
  2. Conduct process analysis, defect troubleshooting, alloy selection and trial execution at customer sites
  3. Leverage your expertise to lead training seminars on cast iron production, alloy performance trace elements and best practices

You will work closely with global technical teams industry conferences foundry projects ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.
