Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in collaboration with the Casting Director / Casting Associate.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple, concurrent Casting jobs, including scheduling, liaising with production team, communicating plans and delegation of tasks to casting team, leading kick‑off/planning calls, strategizing, pivoting to find solutions and meet production needs, often with tight timelines.
