Role Overview


The Casting Director for The Jury Experience leads casting across multiple countries and productions. You will source talent and casting partners worldwide, define role profiles and evaluation criteria, support local teams with casting decisions, and resolve casting issues from auditions through rehearsals and live performances. You'll review self-tapes and footage, collaborate closely with directors and producers, and help ensure every local cast meets the creative and performance standards of the show—including recommending release and recasting when required.

We're looking for a part-time freelancer, with a hybrid office model.
