About the role

Forsight Australia is seeking passionate and dedicated Casual Active Support Workers to join our team in the Illawarra area. We have 4 homes conveniently located in Shell Cove, Coniston, Albion Park and SPE-L harbour.

In this role, you will provide personalised support to adults with a range of disabilities, empowering them to live independently and participate actively in their local community.

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Facilitating community engagement and participation through outings, leisure activities, and social events
