About Thrive

Since 2016, Thrive Early Learning Centres has experienced significant success and growth. We are founded by our clear vision ‘Being committed to children’s futures through creating lifelong learning experiences through a rich and stimulating learning environment where children and their families feel secure and supported’.

We currently have 12 operating centres across NSW and VIC, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

We are entirely Australian and privately owned and operated, employing over 300 professionals and supporting over 2,500 children.

About The Centre

Thrive Coniston is located in the suburb of Wollongong and is inclusive, collaborative and encouraging with open communication between the team.

The team are dedicated and passionate about early education and have recently been reflecting on the learning environments they create to ensure they are inclusive for all children.

About The Role

We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable educators with a completed qualification in early childhood education to join our casual pool.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
  • A current NSW Employee Working With Children’s Check
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
