Duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensure that the kitchen and associated areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition, including floors within and leading into the kitchen.


• Ensure all service wear and cooking items are thoroughly washed, cleaned and dried and returned to designated storage areas.


• Ensure all chemicals and cleaning products are used as directed by the manufacturer and in accordance with the training given.
