Casual Wait Staff – Porter House

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Wait Staff to join the opening team of our brand-new venue located in the prestigious Porter House Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment that promises excellence in both service and cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver seamless table service in a fine dining setting

  • Assist guests with menu and beverage selections

  • Ensure all service steps are executed to the highest standards

  • Work closely with the FOH team to deliver a smooth guest experience

  • Maintain a polished, professional presentation at all times

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid RSA

  • Previous experience in a la carte hatted restaurants, or similar

  • Exceptional customer service skills – our number one priority

  • Team-oriented, reliable and proactive approach

  • Knowledge of wine and confidence in service

  • Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays

  • Team player with a proactive attitude
