Casualty Field Adjuster

Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer‑focused Casualty Loss Adjuster to join our UK Adjusting team. In this field‑based position, you will manage a portfolio of casualty, public liability and employers’ liability claims from instruction through to completion. You’ll investigate claims on behalf of insurers, visit policyholders, produce high‑quality reports and ensure cases progress efficiently and in line with service expectations. This is a remote based role, with travel to sites across the Midlands as required. How you'll make an impact Manage a caseload of casualty claims from first instruction to settlement. Conduct site visits to investigate and assess claims, typically up to £100k. Produce detailed reports and maintain full diary control of your cases.
