• Maintain efficient administration, ensuring seamless support for field activities.

• Oversee management of the center's day-to-day operations, guaranteeing high-quality services for approximately a dozen beneficiaries;
• Develop strong relationships with team members by promoting collaboration and fostering open communication channels within the organization. Provide timely feedback that is actionable and helps employees develop professionally;
