General Purpose:

First Brands Group is looking for a catalog analyst to support its catalog and e-Data strategy. Role will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and distribution of critical electronic product and catalog data, while working alongside Product and Engineering teams to align with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities involve managing all catalog data activities for First Brands Group products (TECDOC, ACES, PIES, Digital Assets, and content delivery to customers)

· New part introduction

· Coverage holes reporting

· Product attribute maintenance

· Full data delivery for all data receivers

Knowledge/Experience

· Experienced with industry data standards within the automotive aftermarket (TECDOC, ACES, PIES)

· Exceptional computer skills (primarily Microsoft Access and Excel)

· Knowledge of product research techniques and tools (part fitment, OEM and competitive part evaluation)

· Background working with multiple teams and SMEs to deliver on catalog projects

· Critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Education Requirements/Skills

·Bachelors or Associates degree preferred. Automotive Certification/Apprenticeship would be evaluated

·Fluent in oral and written English

·Preferred minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated automotive, catalog or database experience

·Self-motivated, disciplined time management, able to work in a fast-paced environment

·Working knowledge of the Auto Care Association ACES and PIES standards and Tech Alliance TECDOC standards.

·Understanding of relational database fundamentals such as; Microsoft Access, SQL, MySQL, or other equivalent tools software/apps
