Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product catalogs with accurate and structured data.
  • Classify and correct product data to ensure consistency and quality across SKUs.
  • Build scalable processes for data collection from internal and external sources.
  • Use Excel and other tools to manage large data sets efficiently.
  • Create dashboards and reports for catalog performance and team productivity.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring data issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage team performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.

Eligibility:

  • Strong command of MS Excel and its functions (lookup, pivot, formulas, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Pleasant personality and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
