Summary:

The order management team at MSI is a highly efficient and detail-oriented group responsible for processing customer orders with precision and timeliness. We excel in inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand without excess. Through clear communication and adept use of technology, the team ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by fulfilling orders accurately and promptly.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee digital content and catalog management for MSI products across all e-retailer platforms. This includes item setup, digital asset coordination, consumer research, trend analysis, and data auditing to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.

• Manage product catalogs across various customer e-commerce portals by initiating new SKUs, resolving data or listing issues, coordinating with IDM support to activate SKUs, and maintaining digital assets for both new and existing items.

• Lead the SKU initiation process in collaboration with business units, ensuring accurate completion of e(1)retailer-specific data templates, gathering of required digital assets in compliance with platform specifications, and successful portal submission.

• Conduct ongoing audits and research on MSI product listings to ensure all live SKUs are complete, accurate, and compelling to consumers to drive engagement and conversion.

• Maintain and update the internal database for all customer SKUs, including activation/deactivation, and price management (cost and retail) to facilitate accurate order processing.

• Execute and monitor IDM-related data projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Maintain progress tracking and communicate updates effectively.

• Generate scheduled sales reports for major online customers (e.g., HD Direct, Build Direct), and support business units with ad hoc report requests as needed.

• Manage SKU additions and inventory updates for Home Depot through Commerce Hub, ensuring real(1)time accuracy and availability.

• Develop and deliver training materials for IDM systems and processes, onboard new associates, and enhance the knowledge of current team members.

• Assist in team management, including training, mentoring, and defining individual roles and responsibilities. Collaborating with teams leads to strategizing growth, optimize productivity, and delegate workloads effectively.

• Partner closely with business units to align priorities, streamline tasks, and ensure seamless execution of catalog and digital initiatives.

• General Support Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned in alignment with department and company goals.


DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate /Postgraduate in any discipline with overall 4+ years of work experience.

• Experience working with Ecommerce Portals and team supervising experience.

• Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through analytical thinking.

• Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel tools is a must for reporting and analysis.

• Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly.

• Excellent communication skills with good command over English language (verbal & written)
