Primarily responsible for loading, auditing and maintaining product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart. In addition to listing management, a catalog specialist supports and disputes, case management, and general account health to keep accounts and listings actively selling. Must be action-oriented, organized, able to work independently, possess a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central catalog processes, have strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication & collaboration skills. Being detail-oriented and personable will allow the catalog specialist to distill complicated catalog challenges into approachable projects.
