About the Role

We are seeking a Category Analyst to deliver actionable insights and strategic support that drive category performance and sustainable business growth. This role is pivotal in providing market analysis, pricing recommendations, and SKU optimization to enable effective supply planning and influence new product development (NPD).

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure category strategies align with business objectives, contributing to demand planning and continuous improvement initiatives. If you have a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for turning data into decisions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

About You

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in category analysis, supply planning, or similar role
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Continuous improvement mindset and commercial acumen
