Role Overview
We're setting up a new Horizontal Commerce (Non-Grocery) POD to build and scale key categories on the platform. The POD's mandate is to build a strong engine for 'What to sell + How to buy + How to keep it available' by defining the right assortment, sourcing/buying strategy, and partnering closely with replenishment to deliver high availability with healthy inventory outcomes. This is a 0 to 1 setup, so you should be comfortable with ambiguity, take high ownership, and operate fast in a dynamic environment. Categories in scope (initial): Electronics; General Merchandise (Home Utility, Kitchen & Dining, Stationery & Books, Sports & Toys); Home furnishing & Household; Beauty & Baby care.
