Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver business goals
- Create and manage business plans with clear KPIs across marketing, commercial, and operations
- Own the financial performance and profitability of the business unit
- Review performance to identify efficiencies and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands and marketplace platforms
- Lead commercial negotiations and annual partner agreements
- Track e-commerce, industry, and consumer trends and execute growth initiatives

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce commercial or category management
