Job Description
Develop and implement effective category strategies for the Omnichannel. Drive PnL growth and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction. Gross Margin: Shared ownership with Channel Head. Inventory Management: Sole responsibility for inventory planning and control. New Launches: Drive product launches, display strategies, and pricing decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and retail teams. Data Comfort: Strong analytical skills for decision-making and performance tracking. A successful Category VP should have:
8-14 years of experience in Category Management in omnichannel brands. Proven expertise in the retail industry, specifically in watches, jewellery, apparel, footwear or accessories. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Tier 1/2 MBA preferred. Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions. Experience in developing and implementing category strategies. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
