Job Description
Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and profit targets in the footwear segment.Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities in the footwear category.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless category operations and product launches.Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and negotiate contracts to enhance product offerings.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce excess inventory.Track and report on category performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.Drive promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost sales in the footwear category.Mentor and guide team members to achieve departmental goals effectively.The Successful Applicant
A successful Footwear Category Head should have:
