Job Description
The Category Head will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the assigned category on a pan-India scale. This role owns the end-to-end performance of the category, including P&L management, supplier and buyer ecosystem development, customer relationships, and cross-functional execution. The incumbent will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to scale the category sustainably and profitably.
