Category Lead - 2W Growth

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Head for the 2W Category to drive end-to-end growth and efficiency of the 2W vertical. You will own category performance, unlock strategic opportunities, and orchestrate operations to maximize rider acquisition, network utilization, and on-ground excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Category Strategy & P&L Ownership:

● Own business KPIs for the 2W vertical across demand, utilization, and economics.

● Deep-dive into unit economics and design interventions to drive profitability and sustainability.

● Partner with Founders and Leadership to identify levers for unlocking next-level growth.

Market Expansion & Network Planning:

● Shape geo-expansion strategy and guide location planning using data and field insights.
