Role overview:
This role will lead the central mobility charter and own customer retention, growth, and category performance across bikes, autos, and cabs. The role requires strong business ownership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive retention and growth strategy for mobility business
- Own category performance across 2 W, 3 W, and 4 W
- Work closely with product, tech, ops, finance, and analytics teams
- Lead pricing, packaging, loyalty, CRM, and growth initiatives
- Own key business metrics such as trips, GMV, churn, and contribution
- Ensure healthy balance between customer demand and driver supply
Ideal candidate profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in consumer internet, mobility, or marketplace businesses
- Strong experience in retention, growth, and category ownership
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and experiments
- Good understanding of supply-side dynamics and marketplace health
