As we scale across India and global markets, we’re looking for a Category Head who can own the end-to-end category journey — from consumer insight → product pipeline → launch excellence → scale-up and profitability.

Own Category Strategy & Growth

· Build a clear category vision across price tiers, age groups, and purchase occasions (gifting, learning, hobby, impulse).

· Define portfolio architecture, hero SKUs, innovation roadmap, and whitespace opportunities.

· Drive category topline growth while protecting contribution margin and working capital health.
