Category Lead will drive Samsung’s one of the series in flagship portfolio. Incubment will manage strategy, owning the P&L, marketing funnel, and product positioning. You’ll shape consumer demand across channels, ensuring Samsung continues to lead India’s premium smartphone segment through innovation, experience, and ecosystem integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Ownership
Full accountability for revenue, market share, and profitability.
Lead annual and quarterly planning — pricing, volume targets, and margin optimization.
Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, identify corrective actions, and deliver business KPIs.
2. Marketing Funnel Creation & Optimization
Build a robust awareness-to-conversion funnel aligned with brand and performance marketing teams.
