Here's what you will be solving for:
Optimize initiatives for impact:
- Content Growth : Own growth strategy across the show lifecycle, improving listener retention, conversion, and LTV. Identify drop-offs across activation, engagement, and monetization, translating insights into focused growth initiatives and scalable show- and catalog-level playbooks.
- Scaled Show Production: Build and scale repeatable production systems across human-voice and AI-led pipelines (e.g., ElevenLabs, Audiostack). Standardize processes and quality benchmarks to increase throughput, reduce cycle time, and ensure consistent creative output at scale
- AI-First Execution : Leverage AI to accelerate content production, experimentation, and performance analysis. Build automated and agentic workflows that enable rapid iteration, reduce manual effort, and drive speed, consistency, and scale
- Monetization : Partner with product and monetization teams to optimize paywalls and offers for higher conversion. Align creative promise with listening experience to strengthen retention, trust, and long-term revenue.
In essence, we’re building a system where creative intuition meets hard business metrics, ensuring every piece of content has a clear path to driving engagement and revenue.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in growth/ business roles with high operational excellence
- High agency, strong ownership, and a bias for action: you take initiative, move fast from idea to execution, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes
- Strong data-led problem solving; ability to break ambiguity into solvable workstreams.
- A deep understanding of user needs, preferably gained in consumer-first companies
