Job Description

The Category Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities:


  • Monitor and interpret long-term market dynamics, including changes in consumer behaviour, shopper expectations and retail environments

  • Shape a strategic category perspective, covering business contribution, volume performance, brand positioning and shelf role

  • Design and deploy category plans and activation tools at point-of-sale level

  • Define and prioritise category initiatives & identify growth opportunities and risks

  • Build and manage recurring performance reviews

  • Manage performance, analyse results and merchandising effectiveness

  • Act as a key interface between teams: deliver data-driven selling arguments and recommendations and translate brand strategies into customer-relevant narratives
