With strong unit economics and rapid growth, Fitelo is expanding its team to build scalable, high-impact categories and products.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>About the role:</b></div> <div>We are looking for a high-ownership Category Manager (Growth & D2C) to act as the Mini-CEO for assigned product categories. This role owns end-to-end business performance across the Fitelo App and D2C website, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience.</div> <div>You will work at the intersection of product innovation, marketing execution, and supply chain operations, ensuring each category scales sustainably while delivering a premium customer experience.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Specifically, this role will involve:</b></div> <ul> <li>Owning P&L responsibility for the category, including monthly revenue, margin, and profitability targets across the Fitelo App and D2C website.</li> <li>Driving D2C growth initiatives such as pricing, bundling, offers, and campaigns to improve Average Order Value (AOV) and repeat purchases.</li> <li>Optimizing app monetization by improving product discovery, conversion funnels, and customer retention on the Fitelo App.</li> <li>Collaborating with product and R&D teams on new product development (NPD), sampling, and market testing initiatives.</li> <li>Coordinating with 3PL and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and adherence to delivery SLAs.</li> <li>Working closely with marketing teams on influencer programs, celebrity shoots, and content campaigns to ensure strong product market fit.</li> <li>Tracking key performance metrics and leveraging insights to continuously improve category growth and overall customer experience. </li> </ul> <div><b>Ideal candidate will have:</b></div> <ul> <li>3 5 years of experience in Category Management or Brand Management at a fast-growing D2C, Wellness, or Consumer brand.</li> <li>A strong data-driven mindset, with comfort analyzing sales trends, CPO, retention, and growth metrics.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional execution, from R&D and certifications to last-mile delivery.</li> <li>A high ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and professionalism, with a deep understanding of a premium consumer audience.</li> </ul> <div><b>Qualifications:</b></div> <div><br /> Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field<br /> MBA or prior D2C category ownership experience is a plus</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-912e2b9e-7fff-fb1f-269b-6d5058ffd259"> </b></p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <br />
