Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete P&L for the Tele/Video Consultation category – revenue, margins, pricing, and unit economics
- Define and execute the category growth strategy, including new service launches, specialty expansion, packages & subscription models
- Drive top-line growth and profitability through pricing optimization, monetization experiments, and cost control
- Optimize the digital funnel (discovery → booking → consultation → repeat usage) to improve conversion, completion rate, LTV, and retention
- Partner with Marketing to drive ROI-positive acquisition and demand generation
- Work closely with Medical teams to scale and optimize the doctor network, availability, and utilization
