A. Inventory and Supply Chain Management

The primary objective in this area is to strengthen inventory efficiency, optimize the product portfolio, and ensure seamless product availability across all sales channels.

• Inventory Optimization & Availability:
• Maintain consistently high fill rates across all product ranges and SKUs throughout the year to maximize sales potential.
