Role Summary:-
Oswaal Books is hiring a Category Manager – Early Learning to support and scale the Lil Legends portfolio across D2 C, marketplaces, offline sales, and influencer marketing. This is an execution-heavy, growth-oriented role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in digital commerce, publishing, or consumer brands, who can manage categories, drive performance, and coordinate across teams.
Responsibilties:-
- Execute category growth plans across D2 C (Shopify) and marketplace channels, primarily Amazon.
- Monitor daily sales performance, ROAS/ACOS, and key conversion metrics to drive growth.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for ads, listings, and creative execution.
- Manage product listings, A+ content, and product videos to ensure platform compliance and conversion readiness.
- Execute and track influencer marketing campaigns, including creator coordination and deliverables.
- Support offline sales initiatives such as exhibitions, pricing coordination, and distributor requirements.
- Track sales, inventory health, and campaign performance through regular reporting.
- Act as a coordination bridge between marketing, editorial, sales, and operations teams.
Candidate Profile:-
- 4–6 years of experience in D2 C, marketplaces, publishing, or consumer brands
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify / D2 C platforms
- Strong execution and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance data
- Willingness to grow into a larger business role
