Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the complete Profit & Loss, ensuring sustainable growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.

Define and execute the growth strategy for the business, including assortment planning, pricing/discounting, inventory planning and multi-channel marketing (brand and performance).

Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives by collaborating and influencing stakeholders across horizontal functions (R&D, Supply Chain, Brand Marketing) and distribution channels (D2C, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Stores, and General Trade) to ensure consistent category execution and drive P&L outcomes.

Use performance analytics, consumer data, and channel metrics to evaluate ROI, identify growth opportunities, and enhance category performance.


Good to have:

6-8 years of experience in category management, revenue growth or business strategy, ideally within D2C, Quick Commerce, or FMCG environments.

Proven record of P&L ownership and delivering business growth.

Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Deep understanding of digital consumer behavior, content strategy, and marketing execution.

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strategic thinker with a high bias for action and detail orientation.

Passion for pets - pet parents are highly preferred
