About The Role
We’re looking for a Category Manager, Procurement to join our growing national team!
What You’ll Do Here
- Develop sourcing strategies for business initiatives and commodities that support Intact’s innovation strategies.
- Leverage effective market intelligence and cost modelling to develop and support negotiation strategies.
- Lead proposal (RFX) process for high complexity and high-risk transactions/agreements.
- Develop and maintain partnership approach with suppliers.
- Develop supplier key performance indicators and service level agreements that drive value and optimization.
- Support the implementation of procurement continuous improvement projects.
What You Bring To The Table
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in complex procurement projects and strategic sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any combination of equivalent education and experience....
