Category Manager

Sets strategy, plans, directs, and manages Food & Beverage procurement activities within Hilton Supply Management (HSM) for partner hotels across Spain. This role supports Hilton’s group purchasing strategy, with a primary focus on expanding, optimizing, and governing the supplier base in Southern Spain. Leads category strategy development, sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and distribution models to deliver competitive cost structures, assured quality, and operational effectiveness for partner hotels. Ensures savings targets, supplier adoption, and execution milestones are consistently met or exceeded. Works in close partnership with hotel leadership, Procurement, and Culinary teams to align procurement strategy while building and maintaining strategic supplier partnerships that drive spend optimization and revenue performance.
