Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to the Sales Team in any and all aspects of daily operations.
  • Liaise and arrange with catering team with the driver schedule, delivery schedule and outsource driver
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries.
  • Daily submission of e-invoice through Gebiz and other online payment platform
  • Ensure all submissions adhere to specific client requirements for electronic invoicing.
  • Track and manage invoice statuses, verifying acceptance and following up on any rejections or issues.
  • Work closely with finance teams to verify payment receipts and resolve discrepancies if any.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders and deliveries.
  • Preparation and tallying of invoices into the masterlist
  • Other duties as assigned
