Role Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming catering inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
  • Understand client requirements, event objectives, budget, and venue details.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and invoices using Excel.
  • Follow up on leads, secure confirmations.
  • Advise clients on suitable menus based on event type, budget, and dietary requirements (Halal, vegetarian, allergies, etc.).
  • Ensure menu selections align with operational capabilities and profitability.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of menu offerings, food trends, and seasonal items.

Event Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen team on headcount, menu details, and special requests.
  • Liaise with operations/logistics teams for equipment setup, transportation, and manpower arrangements.
