The Opportunity

We currently have a vacancy for a full‑time Catering (Kitchen) Assistant (Back‑of‑House) within our Perth Operations team. This is a Back‑of‑House (BOH) catering role working directly with the Chef in supporting our catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Chef with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
• Performing general kitchen hand duties, including cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Cleaning and maintaining all designated kitchen areas, appliances, utensils, and tools, including canopy and range hoods, fridges, grill, and deep fry bays.
• Cleaning, washing, and storing cooking equipment and pots/pans.
