Job Description

The Catering Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef with food production, event execution, and daily kitchen operations. Ensures high‑quality, consistent, and safe culinary output for all catered events.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with menu prep, cooking, and event execution.
  2. Maintain food quality, portion accuracy, and presentation standards.
  3. Manage prep lists, inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization.
  4. Lead and support culinary staff; train team members as needed.
  5. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
  6. Communicate with FOH and catering teams to meet event timelines.
