    • Position Summary


    Performs special cardiovascular radiographic procedures and calculations: monitors and records data during procedures; maintains supplies, equipment, appropriate patient records; and assists staff in housekeeping duties. Provides service to patients throughout the lifespan including adolescents, adults, and geriatric age groups.If licensed, performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.


    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Graduate of an approved two-year program in Respiratory Therapy or degree can be substituted for five-years experience as a Cath Lab Tech in an acute care hospital setting or current RCIS certification.

    Minimum Experience:At least one (1) year experience as Cath Lab Tech or trainee.

    Certification/Licenses:If graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program, holds and maintains current NM State license as a Respiratory Therapist.Basic Life Support (BLS)
