This opportunity is for a skilled Imaging Cath Lab Tech with a strong focus on Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures, located in Salisbury, NC. This contract position offers a consistent day shift schedule within a high-functioning hybrid lab specializing in IR, cardiology, vascular, and electrophysiology procedures. With a predominantly adult and geriatric patient population, this role involves assisting providers with diagnostic and interventional procedures using cutting-edge equipment. Key Responsibilities: Scrub and circulate during IR and Cath Lab procedures, primarily assisting with diagnostic and interventional radiology and cardiology cases Support urgent and emergent cardiology and IR procedures, including STEMI response with a callback time of 30 minutes Collaborate with the call team, including RNs, on weekday and weekend call rotations (limited call requirements and weekend duties every third weekend) Participate in unit orientation and on-the-unit training as required, including Dimensions training starting on Mondays Adhere to strict attendance policies with no remote time off (RTO) after booking Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab or IR settings with at least 90% IR experience Current certifications: ACLS, BCLS, and ARRT or RCIS Proficient in scrubbing, circulating, and telemetry; experience with EKG lead placement preferred Advanced certifications such as ARRT Advanced, RCES, or RCIS with medical experience are a plus Schedule: 40 hours per week, MondayFriday, 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM Weekday call from 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM twice a week for two weeks per month One weekend call every month from Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 7:30 AM with no call the subsequent week Additional Information: This is a contract position, with assignments typically ranging from 13 to 20 weeks Scrubs provided on-site Opportunity to work with advanced imaging and vascular intervention technology, including GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, and other specialized equipment Qualified Imaging Cath Lab Technologists ready to contribute exceptional interventional experience to a dynamic team are encouraged to apply.
