Required Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Radiology/Cath Lab Tech

  • Proficiency in scrub, circulate, and telemetry procedures

  • Must have Interventional Radiology (IR) experience (at least 90%)

  • Certifying credentials: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS

  • Ability to perform EKG lead placement



Nice to Have Skills:


  • Advanced ARRT Certification or RCES

  • Experience with interventional radiology devices and equipment

  • Knowledge of Meditech systems and additional procedure certifications



Preferred Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional radiologic technologist education preferred

  • Prior travel or diverse clinical experience advantageous

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience



Other Requirements:


  • Current certification in ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS

  • Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts, with rotating call responsibilities

  • Ability to respond to urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures

  • Shift hours: 07:30 to 16:00; weekend rotation every third weekend

  • This role involves working with sophisticated equipment such as GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, AngioJet, Impella, and SonoSite Ultrasound, among others.
