JOB DETAILS:
**LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**candidate cannot have worked in Arizona for the past 12 months/one year as a permanent staff employee and does not have a currently active position at an acute care hospital or hospital system in Arizona (meaning even staff PRN). (2/4/2022) - Unit: Cath Lab- # beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid (does both vascular & cardiac cases)- Certs: BLS, must also be certified, if tech, they must have ARRT that can scrub! MUST have AZ license MRTBE CRTACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required (Certification)
