This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with micro-components, following detailed processes, and contributing to early-stage product builds.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble catheter components under a microscope using small hand tools
• Perform short‑run R&D builds, including braiding, reflow, bonding, annealing, liner stretching, and soldering
• Complete sub‑assemblies, visual inspections, and final packaging
• Accurately document processes, materials, and lot numbers
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate issues or improvements promptly
