Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a CAV Tech Transfer Engineer to join high-impact a high‑impact engineering team advancing next‑generation connected & automated vehicle (CAV) technologies. This role is located in McLean, VAthrough 100% full onsite presence. The CAV Tech Transfer Engineer will support technology transfer, stakeholder engagement, testing, & deployment activities that accelerate nationwide adoption of vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V, vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I), and Cooperative Driving Automation (CDA) technologies.

Responsibilities of the CAV Tech Transfer Engineer include:

  • Provide technical assistance to researchers, government agencies, & industry stakeholders on deploying & operating, ITS, V2X, CAV, & CDA technologies, including support for open-source tools such as V2X Hub & CAV message creator utilities
