Section 1 - JOB DESCRIPTION

As Customer Business Development Assistant (CBD Assistant), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office. You will be the trusted right hand—handling communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting high-level decision-making and the point of references for S&M Directors. This is a dynamic position that requires professionalism, agility, a deep understanding of business priorities and a high level of empathy with the people.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

  • Guarantee an effective connection between Sales & Marketing and Chocolate Academy Teams for: 1.all the initiatives linked to the customers; 2. admin operations; 3. Chocolate Academy website updates; 4. payments management; 5. samples management; 6. Facility activities for the building

  • Manage the website's requests and all the direct e-mail marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure the perfect coordination of the internal and external company events (S&M meetings, Internal trainings, fairs, competitions and customers factory visits).

  • Fulfill all the CMR requests via Salesforce.

  • Daily manage the admin workflow (non-chocolate invoices, ticket openings management, new vendors management, manual journal entry management, sundry sales management)

  • Provide the organizational support on Team’s activities (travel coordinator, travel agency coordination, holiday plans, S&M meetings)

  • Being the point of reference for general services: collaborate managing and coordinating all the activities linked to the facilities operations for the building
  • Scope:


    Ensure the full support to the S&M team activities. The position is based in Milan (Italy) and reports directly to the Managing Director.

    EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP

  • Fluency in Italian and English

  • Proven experience in executive support or high-level administrative roles
