The opportunity
We are looking for passionate professionals who will be responsible for user acceptance testing of various Marketing technology products used within BMC
Your key responsibilities
Support the UX UAT lead and contribute to the overall validation of usability and user experience deliverables. Execute UAT activities with emphasis on design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness, ensuring products meet both functional and UX standards. Test end-to-end user journeys across all major desktops, tablets, and mobile browsers, validating layout, navigation, and interaction patterns. Log defects and issues related to usability, accessibility, design or branding fidelity, escalating them to the UAT lead for resolution tracking. Contribute to the development, enforcement, and adherence of UX testing standards and procedures. Assist in creating and executing UX-focused test scripts and scenarios, covering different interaction flows and breakpoints. Coordinate defect tracking, resolution, and retesting with attention to UX impact and user journey continuity. Support the preparation of UAT UX deliverables (, usability observations, step-by-step guides) Skills and attributes for success
Working knowledge of Enterprise CMS (AEM - Adobe Manager Suit, Wordpress or other related CMS) Troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings. Experience of end-to-end marketing technology platforms email marketing, web publishing, social media management, video hosting, automation processes, mobile operating systems. Should be comfortable in a global and virtual teaming environment, should be excellent in both written and verbal communication with stakeholders across geography. (Clients are from UK) To qualify for the role, you must have
4+ years of UX UAT experience Working experience of AEM (Preferred but not essential) Able to demonstrate experience in UX validation, QA and/or UAT processes, methodologies and tools. Experience in writing and executing test cases and scripts Ability to interpret wireframes, design specifications, and functional requirements to validate design fidelity. Familiarity with mobile operating systems, browsers, and responsive design testing. Fluency with MS Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Background in digital design or exposure to design workflows, with a good “design eye” to spot inconsistencies in layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Enthusiasm to learn new things in a fast-moving environment. Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to meet aggressive deadlines, and deliver high quality output through attention to detail.
