Campaign Analytics Manager

Job Summary

The job holder will conduct portfolio studies for better segmentation, profiling and targeting of customers. Provides various statistical models to optimize campaign targeting and execution and provides support to Analytics Head in managing and implementing campaigns to the Portfolio.

Role Exposure

  • Primary function is to perform studies/tests through statistical modeling that will identify and understand customer segments (through unique patterns/behaviors) and determine offers by focusing on the needs of these customers.
  • Conducts studies on the portfolio to help come up with targeted campaigns/promo to increase profitability of segments.
  • Handles ad hoc requests for any campaign-/promo-related MIS/reports and analysis
